Tips to win a Job as Freelancer

Free lancing can be a true heaven, if you start getting jobs. At the end of the day, that's all what matters, right? So i got couple of points which would definitely help you earn jobs on any free lancing website, whether it be eLance, Freelancer etc. These points are basically natural facts that we need to take care of, while we bid for any job.
First simply think, that what if you need to hire somebody. What qualities would you like to be displayed in the  proposal. For me, these are the most important things that i would be impressed to see in a job application, that i get.
<strong>#1 Be Natural</strong>
See to me, a person that would work for me should be honest and should not make out something hes not. So, i would recommend to write the bid proposal in first person. Like (I would love to work for you...etc). This gives out a positive impression and seems like as if the person is in fact interacting with me, live.
Be polite, and simply mention what you are.
<strong>#2 Point Out Your Time Management Qualities</strong>
You need to make out this part, if its not build in your personality. Just mention it. You see, many job authors likes that confirmation, that they would get the job done in the said time. That just helps to gain some extra believe.
Tell the person that you would be there for him and could be flexible to the job posting timing. Make him feel comfortable to provide you the job.
<strong>#3 Bid Low, But Not That Low!</strong>
What many beginners do is that they often bid pretty low for the jobs. Though this seems positive to gain a job, but in real world that can put a negative impression too. See, we are dealing with real people and not robots. So by biding too low, the job poster would loose trust in you as he may feel that you are incompetent and are begging for the job.
So bid a little lower than the average bids around. Bidding in fact varies from job to job. Though this wont apply all the time. The real mirror of you skill would be your strong portfolio. So keep it up.

<strong>#4 Make Your Email Subject Spicy</strong>
This applies to every email we send. People often get so many emails each day. So its the subject, that sells out. Otherwise, your email would get under all those thousands of emails, that the person gets each day.
Let the subject be like:
You Wont Find a Better Technology writer than me- 100% Guaranteed
Got the idea? Just make them chilly so that the person is compelled to click it. Like most of those pop up ads.(They are crazy..hate 'em)
<strong>#5 Single Look Killer Portfolio</strong>
Though i plan to cover the portfolio part in my coming post, but its important to mention it as its the vital part of getting the job on free lancing sites. Its basically who you are. Don't hesitate to mention where you have worked before. Mention all those blogs where you appeared as a guest author. Thats your plus!
Mention your writing experience numerically. That gives a positive impression.( but only if it is worth mentioning time span :)
Do add pictures/videos to further strengthen your portfolio. Attach a sample article picture with you proposal. Media always creates bridge between the two parties. Its always a good move to portray your self online.
So generally, free lancer success is wrapped up in how he deals with the Job author. Its a one on one relationship. Hope it helped to get some idea. Do share your experience and knowledge over gaining more jobs as a freelancer.

5 best way to earn money online with Google+

Internet is the biggest market in todays world. Business offline is slowly turning into an online one and finding space in world wide web. With the invent of new services such as the new social networking site Google Plus, not only does the service provider benefits but even people like me and you can expect to earn a happy living online through it. Below I will be listing five possible ways of making money online through the newly born social networking bomb " The Google+"
Note: All these tips are not ordinary beating around the bush. If you have great business skills then you will find out your way online through this post InshAllah.
<strong>1) Develop a Google+ application</strong>
The most benefited and lucky people are the web developers in this case. If you have good programming skills then you must try hard to develop an app for G+ users that may benefit them in some regard. This app can be a game, Mozilla or Chrome Add-on, or even a self hosted API. Just visit the Mozilla and Chrome add-ons and extensions page and you will see how much downloads are made per day for those apps. Further you can submit your app to Android Market and Apple iOS store. The more downloads/hits your app receive the more backlinks, traffic and exposure your site will get. Always create a website for your app and then submit it at stores. Once your app becomes an entertaining and useful necessity for people then they will even donate you and companies will try to purchase the product from you. Remember how angry birds guys made their way.
<strong>2) Blog about Google+</strong>
My fundamental blogging principle is when a news is hot in the market then talk hot about it. You get traffic only if you understand the global demand of the people. Write updated content. When Christmas is near, write about Christmas when Ramadan is going on write about Muslim products and when Google+ is the talk of the year then talk about Google+. More blog traffic means more page views and consequently more blog revenue through the Ad impressions and clicks.
<strong>3) Create a Google+ Club</strong>
If you are a keen and loving social person then you can use your friend circles to earn some bucks. Try to increase number of your Google+ followers as much as you can and once you have surpassed the 500-1000 limit then you can sale out +1'd recommendations to web owners. Rankings widely depend on social networks and web owners can spend enough money to buy tweets, Facebook likes and Google+ recommendations to rank their content higher.
PS: You can find people selling 100 +1'ds at $200! Google it for yourselves.
<strong>4) Hire Developers & Advertise Your Google Plus Product</strong>
If you cant create or develop an app then hire a local programmer and invest some bucks on him so that he could create a user-friendly app for you. Not all people have a business sense or business mind and there are a lot of young teenagers who still have a lot of potential but lack business skills so you can hire them to work for you. People invest a one time money up to $500 and the next day when the product attracts traffic they earn in $200 per day. Just realize that you must not always run after profit and do not always try to fight with yourself that why can't you do something. If you can't do something then buy one who can do it and sale the talent!
After your App is ready, spend some bucks on Google Adwords or buysellads to attract some visitors especially bloggers to your product site. Exposure is important!
<strong>5) Create a Dedicated G+ Blog</strong>
Blogs work best when they are based on specific categories. A blog that speaks about everything like mine often suffer a lot (=p) If your new blog is solely based on Google+ customization tricks and apps and tools, then believe it or not, you can earn around $400-$800 per month with that blog if within a year it succeeded in receiving at least 5000 visitors per day.
Follow my post frequency tip and see the traffic boost effect within two months.
<strong>What do you think now?</strong>
Trust me it is not a day dreaming. Whatever I am sharing above is what I always wanted but due to university and responsibilities at home and current blog load I often can not. I am sure if you cant follow Tip#1,3 or Tip#4 then you can try out your luck at Tip#2 and Tip#5. I wish you may turn out to be successful web owners and web marketers and whatever you read may help you in reaching the stage you always dreamt of. Nothing is impractical when you think practical. Good Luck! :)

8 Tips and ways student can earn online

We should stop wasting time, in over connecting through social media! I feel sorry for my friends who waste hours and hours of their precious time on Facebook or any other social media it may be, which doesn't give back any thing at the end of the day.
At this point of time where i know something about the potential of constructive nature of internet, i cant even look back where i use to waste 8-10 hours of continuous online gaming! That was terrible. My online gaming rig (xfire) has registered more than 1200 online gaming hours. Wish i had spent those on blogging or any other constructive work on online.
I would recommend my fellow friends through this post, that kindly think out of the shell (beyond your age). Gaming or Facebooking is not every thing in the world. Here i am to list some of the great ways by which students, housewives, teens, or who ever it may be, would feel blessed to know, the list of top 12 money making ventures online.
Didn't you ever wished to have that extra pocket money, that you could spend out by your own will? For the gamers out there, who just cant leave their gaming world (as i couldn't get out of it easily), i have an exciting news for you later in the post. You need to read this one, before you jump back to your game!
Same is the case with housewives, who often want to pass their time constructively, they can earn really good sums through these money making opportunities while sitting in their homes. Its interesting and exciting. That's why i wish i had started my online career 5-6 years from now.
<strong>1. YouTube Career- Make Money From Uploading Videos To YouTub</strong>e
YouTube is another world. No doubt about that. I have 2 channels, one for my blog and another where i used to put random vlogs/tutorials i liked. Though i never make any money out of it, as the Partnership program wasn't available in Pakistan, but its a great way to (if you have viewership and if you live where partnership program is available).

Below is the country list where YouTube partnership program is available.
YouTube Says:
If you live in country where partnership hasn't officially been launched, you will be redirected to the homepage. Currently, the YouTube Partner Program is only available to users in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden and the United States.
But note that you could even get into money program without joining YouTube partners program. How basically that works is that imagine you have started making quality videos (that you upload to your YouTube channel regularly) and if you videos start getting decent hits (like 10k+ approx), that is when people like your stuff, then YouTube often invites the person to join their money program.
You could then be able to display Adsense ads on your videos and start earning revenue. In case you get accepted into YouTube partnership program, there is nothing better than that (if you have passion making videos online) as YouTube would then start paying you out monthly according to the number of hits/views you get on average. That is by your popularity/viewership.
If i had been accepted into Partners program, i would probably not have faced towards the blogging career of mine. Just saying. I love making videos :) (plus i am good at editing, so that's makes out a perfect combination that you need for YouTube success)
So i would say that do give it a try. This is specially great for youngsters, teens, students. Housewives can actively participate in the YouTube community too if they would not get bored of making videos eventually. Every thing needs consistency.
(I am going too long for this one)
<strong>2. Make Money By Playing Games Online (Testing/Reviewing)</strong>
Yeah by playing games! Did you ever wish for something like this to happen. You can keep on playing hours and hours, but this time you would be get paid. There are so many companies that pay out the gamers community to play on their games, often before releasing period so that they could give out their feed back. This lets the companies to improve any glitches or other gaming experience bugs that could later drop their game sales.
Few thousands dollars could save their entire millions project. Win win situation for both the parties. The gamers and the developers.
There are few such sites that require you to signup (paid) which i don't feel is much practical for students, so instead they could op tin for just paid to play games. Where you get paid by simply playing number of hours on the site.
The companies give out a portion of their ads revenue.
<strong>3. Write Articles To Get Paid Online</strong>
Hubpages/Squidoo
Many people often consider website like Hub pages/squidoo in this category which i don't really believe too. These popular websites work in a way, where users publish articles on their hub, which is kinda their profile page. The articles could be of any category. I think you choose the category in which you would write in when you make up your profile for the first time.
They don't pay you for publishing articles, in fact you get revenue by the Adsense ads that get displayed beside your articles (hubs). For that you have to link your account with your Adsense account. Other options are Kontera. They also accept affiliate links in the article.

So i believe this option is good for those who doesn't want to or doesn't know to build up their own blogs from zero level. As these sites do the SEO work for you. The users would make more money out of ads if their articles are good enough to attract traffic from search engines (as our normal blog posts does).
I would not prefer this one over blogging. You could work a little more hard on setting up your blog and would get thousand times more reward in future for the same level of handwork with your articles.
<strong> Paid To Review Articles</strong>

Then their are those sites which pay for review different products. May it be a neutral product or something of their own. A website like review stream pays out 2$ to the writers for each review that gets published (accepted) and then .1$ for each comment that is based on the review.
The more quality reviews you write, the more you get.
<strong>4. Get Paid To Listen To Music Online</strong>
This doesn't have any age barriers. Music is a universal language that could suite any one of any age. Companies pay you to listen to the music that is yet to launch. Why? Because they get an opportunity to get feedback from music lovers by which they could improve the final addition of the song. This helps them to launch successful music to the industry and makes huge sums.
Promosquad, SonyMusicAwards are example sites where housewives, teens, students, almost any body  could hear to music and get paid.
<strong>5. Chat With Friends To Make Money Online</strong>
You get paid to chat with your loved ones with the chat system of these sites, just like Facebook etc. Its just that you get paid for what you do. It has great potential. If you can resist chating to your friends and would not be able to leave social media, than you can try this out. Yuwie and Mylot are few examples. You get paid when your pictures are viewed, .5$ / 1000 picture views. Referrals give out a better response. In an all, getting  a penny is better than wasting time at all. But personally i don't really think this would justify the time we would put in.
<strong> 6. Put Advertisement On Your Car To Make Money</strong>
You can add banners of various sizes on your cars, to publicize other companies/products and get paid in return. This might suite somebody who travels a lot. Full car advertisement pays as much as 500$/month. For smaller ads, you can expect to make 1000$ a year.
For qualifying, you have to drive around 1000 miles/ month. The ads can be easily taken off and doesn't damages your car in general. You can check out Paidrides site for an example.
<strong>7. Type Documents And Papers To Make Money Online</strong>
If you are good at typing, then this might be a constructive hobby for you. You simply would be given task (documents/papers) to type and then get paid. This includes writing articles for blogs, for sites that offer paid articles jobs etc.
<strong>8. Get Paid By Answering Questions</strong>
If you are good at any subject, you can always help others about it. Imagine answering questions in Yahoo answers and get paid. Student Questions and know Brainers can be a good example to give here.
Hope these ways would make you more productive. As an all, i am really in the favor of blogging. Though you wont be getting any instant money but after 8-10 months of handwork, you would find your self in a position which you might have dreamt of.

NIB to Bring Internet Payment Gateway in Pakistan

It appears that the wait for having an online payment processing platform is over now. NIB Bank has announced that it is is brining Internet Payment Gateway in Pakistan that will allow online businesses to charge their customers through debit or credit card for the stuff they will buy on internet.
Establishment of Internet Payment Gateway in Pakistan is long pending, which was first announced by PTA in 2009. After that Bank Al-falah, along with its sister concern, claimed similar deployments but nothing turned into reality.
Agreement between Mastercard and NIB was signed on 5th April 2013 at NIB Bank’s Head Office, Karachi, by Mr. Khurram Agha, Group Head Operations & Technology – NIB Bank and Aurangzaib Khan, Country Manager, Pakistan and Afghanistan for MasterCard.
Now that NIB has partnered with MasterCard it is likely that MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS) will finally come to Pakistan.
With this service, merchants will be able to charge internet surfers with their debit/credit card for the services or products they sell on internet.
“Now, NIB Bank merchants will be able to process payments from cardholders on their online Web stores in real-time. As a MasterCard acquirer, NIB Bank will offer merchants world class, secure internet payment processing capabilities”, said a statement issued by NIB Bank.

Mobilink’s AD Agency Mocks President Zardari

Mobilink’s advertising agency, in a promotional video made for MobiCash and is available on official Facebook page of Mobilink MobiCash, mocks President Zardari in a strange way.
A video ad that demonstrates the procedures of getting a MobiCash account – Mobilink’s branchless banking accounts – by showing an ID card which has Mr. Zardari’s name on it.
A closer look at the AD reveals that Mr. Asif Ali Zardari is attributed to various (objectionable) things.
Advertising agency responsible for developing this video, apparently, lifted a mockery CNIC from Google image search and reused it by just blurring it.
Check following screenshot yourself

Though the text isn’t readily visible, however, it appears that details on ID card is as following:
  • Name: Zardari Khappay
  • Gender: Khawaja Sira (خواجہ سرا)
  • Father’s Name: Not known yet ( ابھی تک معلوم نہیں ہو سکا)
This video ad is still available on Mobilink’s Mobicash page on Facebook here is now removed from Mobicash’s page, which was previously available here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=394202750686535

How to make money online through Gaming

Gamers take their pastime rather seriously. You’d be wrong in calling it frivolous or just a hobby because they don’t see it that way. For them it is a passion, a parallel universe where they indulge in epic battles and emerge winners with the help of smart planning and strategy. Gamers are known to spend big bucks on top of the line peripherals, builds, controllers and keyboards. But what if you could have your cake and eat it too? Play your game for pleasure and make some money out of it as well?

<strong>Virtual Reality Games</strong>
You begin to appreciate virtual life and real life a whole lot more when you have a chance to transfer game currency from the former to the latter. Take, for instance, the concept of Second Life where you can live your own parallel life. There are many people who have made their money on the site, turned that money into massive enterprises and live comfortable lives in the real world.
<strong>Web games</strong>
The easiest way to make money is to look for websites that pay you money to play and make high scores. You’ll need some serious skills for this one to work because it is slow going at first, but once you get going, it can be pretty decent earnings. You can spend an hour or two and earn quite a bit at the end of two months. Sites like Prizee let you play for free but GameAccount need you to place a deposit before you start playing.
<strong>Sell game stuff </strong>
If you’re not sentimental about gaming stuff, there’s a lot of money to be made in memorabilia. Think about the crazy fans of multiplayer online role playing games like Diablo III, World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings and you’ll see this is a good plan. More often than not, gamers are a passionate bunch of people who enjoy the process. But there are those who play for the money. They bring in-game cash with them and if you’ve made the investment and have gold on you, it’s a sweet barter to be had.
<strong>Be a Tester</strong>
Imagine being able to critique a game before the world even gets to see it! As a game tester you get to experience the nitty-gritties of a game before they hit the shelves and you can tell the creators what you think. You have a chance to actually make a difference here and that’s something we do like. Coupled with this is a good pay, a great work environment, playing off others like you and the opportunity to do more such work. Imagine future possibilities with Ubisoft or Electronic Arts!
<strong>Play for other people </strong>
This is often considered to be a great job because while people want to play games, they don’t have the time to grow their characters like they want to. So they hire people with special skills and talents to do the heavy lifting for them and create characters who are fully loaded. It’s a fun way to make money.
<strong>Tournaments </strong>
Gaming tournaments have great prizes ranging from equipment to money. You do need skills but when you win, you win big and gain street cred too.
Play and win!

5 Adsense Alternatives

<strong>5 Adsense Alternatives</strong>
As you know Google Adsense is the top paying and popular ad network but not bloggers get access to Google Adsense due to their strict terms and conditions. Recently there have been a lot of incidents that many bloggers got their Adsense account rejected to some or another reason. Adsense was not at all blessed to me, so i use some best and high paying alternatives for Google Adsense. Still i will say that Google Adsense will be the best.  Here i am describing top ten alternatives for Adsense that i have experienced or do my friends have.
<strong>AdBrite</strong>

A nice and highly paying alternative for Adsense, it works great for sites which have great traffic, it uses the same method that's being used by BuySellAds they will place the banner with the text "your ad here" in the place that you allowed for showing ads. So Adbrite will find some people to sell their ads on your site or companies that see the space on your site can put their ads by contacting AdBrite people. The rates for your ads can also be set by you also you can block some ads if that doesn't suits your visitors needs.

<strong>Bidvertiser</strong>
It is a great option for bloggers and site owners who have minimum traffic, Bidvertiser allows you to change the appearance of ads according to your site's design. They have a great collection of ad formats that pays you more and their payment methods are excellent. The great paying ad formats like Pop ups are also supported by Bidvertiser, the conversion bonus feature in Bidvertiser and the tool bar feature allows you to earn more from Bidvertiser. Their minimum payout is $10 through Pay Pal and they doesn't ask for any tax information or any security numbers.
<strong>Clicksor</strong>
A great network that pays up to 85% of the revenue, the reviews about Clicksor says that their ads are fully based on the context and you can specify the keywords related to your site's content so the ads matching your content will only be served. Like others you can add multiple domains under one account if they are approved. Their minimum payout is $20 through Pay Pal and through Check is $50. The three special ad formats that Clicksor has are Pop under s, Interstitial ads and Dynamic Highlighting.

<strong>Infolinks</strong>
The best paying and most popular in-text advertising network, i have used infolinks for one of my blog and the result i had was good but i didn't continue with that blog due to some personal issues. Infolinks will find some advertising keywords from your blog that are not linked and makes it a advertising link and when a visitor puts his cursor near to these words a pop up will appear and when he click on it, you will earn for it.
Its also possible to use infolinks along with other networks like Adbrite and Bidvertiser since it won't affect their image, text or banner ads.
<strong>Smowtion</strong>

An eCPM network that is better for sites having good traffic, i use Smowtion in this blog and according to me its giving me a good revenue as per the traffic i get. They have a great collection of image, animated banners and pop unders, their new ad format is the slider which is a good method to earn more, these sliders are available in many formats so you can use it without making your visitors fed up. Their minimum payout is $100 and they pay 60% of the total revenue. There are three payment methods in Smowtion they are ATM,  Check or Pay Pal account.
